Supreme Court Stays CPP
A surprise ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court has halted implementation of the Clean Power Plan (CPP), the Obama Administration’s policy to address climate change by promoting renewable energy and reducing U.S. dependence from fossil fuels, most notably coal.

F&W Forestry Services, Inc., one of the oldest and largest forest management and consulting firms in the U.S., announced today that it has acquired London-based O.C.S. Group Ltd.’s forestry and land subsidiaries. The acquisition includes three companies with forest management and real estate operations in North America and the United Kingdom.
